As part of a collaborative program, the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute of the Government of the Philippines (DOST-SEI), in conjunction with the University of Saskatchewan (USask), provides exceptional Filipino graduate students with scholarship opportunities to pursue PhD studies through the DOST-SEI-USask Partnership Program in the following priority areas:

Prospective applicants are encouraged to consult both USask and DOST-SEI in advance of application to confirm the eligibility of the discipline in which studies are contemplated.

Funding

As prescribed by the DOST-SEI-USask Partnership Program, recipients shall receive tuition support and a living allowance from DOST-SEI for up to 48 months.
