SENACYT and the University of Saskatchewan (USask) have established a graduate co-funding program for Panama nationals to pursue master and PhD studies at USask with funding provided jointly through SENACYT and USask. USask is a member of CALDO.

Panamanian students must meet the eligibility requirements for both the USask academic program and the SENACYT scholarship.

How to apply to the SENACYT—University of Saskatchewan Co-Funding Program:
- Apply to USask
- Find a program
- Follow the steps to apply for admission
- Visit the University of Saskatchewan Language Centre for information about English language programs
- Contact the Student Recruitment Officer of your intention to apply for SENACYT
- If the student is admitted, the University of Saskatchewan will provide:
- Conditional letter of admission
- Information about how to obtain a Study Permit (per request) from the International and Study Abroad Centre (ISSAC)
- Apply to obtain SENACYT Scholarship:
- Ph.D. Applications are open from December 2, 2021, to February 17, 2022. (3:00 pm Panama Time Zone)
