Eligibility: The Faculty Association was founded in 1952 to negotiate salaries and other benefits with the Board of Governors of the University of Saskatchewan. The Faculty Association is the legally recognized bargaining agent for approximately 990 full time faculty members, professional librarians and research scientists.

Open to students who are immediate family members of Regular or Non-Voluntary members of the University of Saskatchewan Faculty Association (USFA). For confirmation of membership please contact USFA directly. Immediate family is defined as spouse or partner; sons, daughters or children for whom USFA members have served as legal guardians.

To be eligible, recipients must have successfully completed (received a mark of 50% or greater) in one or more University of Saskatchewan courses towards a degree program and have a sessional weighted average of at least 65%.
