CFUW Bourse Georgette Lemoyne

Eligibility: Georgette LeMoyne was one of the first women to receive a university degree in French Canada. She devoted her life to the promotion of education and employment for women. It is for graduate study in any field at a Canadian university. The candidate must be studying in French and write the Statement of Intent (Section I) of the application in French.

The CFUW Fellowships and Awards program is an affirmative action program as provided for in the Constitution of Canada. Eligibility for CFUW Fellowships and Awards is restricted to women.

An applicant for any CFUW Fellowship or Award must have:
  1. At least a bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized university;
  2. Acceptance or current enrolment in her proposed program and place of study for the current academic year; and
  3. Citizenship or permanent residence in Canada.
Apply: A candidate eligible for any of the listed CFUW Fellowships and Awards may apply for only one Fellowship or Award per application and fee. Applications are done online in the CFUW portal on their website. Detailed instructions for applying online are available through the website at: https://fcfdu.fluidreview.com/res/p/INSTRUCTIONS/

The filing fee for each CFUW Fellowship and Award application is $60 CDN. Filing fees are non-refundable.
