Malcolm A. Ramsay Memorial Award

Eligibility: Purpose: It is the Department of Biology and the family's intent that the funds be used to support activities that will benefit students pursing graduate studies within the Department of Biology at the University of Saskatchewan and who are conducting research with a focus on ecology, ethology or evolution of animals. Activities supported by the fund may include:
  • Research grants to support projects that comply with CCRA regulations;
  • Student awards.
Open to students entering or continuing graduate studies and research within the Department of Biology at the University of Saskatchewan and who are conducting research with a focus on ecology, ethology or evolution of animals as defined by the Awards Committee. To be eligible for the award, students must demonstrate a minimum academic average of 80% in biology courses and/or demonstrate excellence in biology research.
