Robert Ernest Guy Memorial Scholarship

Value: Approx. $5,000 (The specific annual amount will be determined by the Selection Committee, based on the financial resources available.)

Eligibility: This scholarship fund was founded in memory of Robert Ernest Guy for any student who had graduated from a high school in Coronach, SK, and who is qualified and undertaking medical or scientific research at the graduate or post-graduate level.

To be eligible, students must:
  • Have graduated from a high school in Coronach, SK or a Prairie South School Division in Saskatchewan or a rural high school in Saskatchewan (a town or city of less than 10,000 people);
  • be an entering or continuing Master's or PhD student undertaking medical or scientific research at the University of Saskatchewan.
Selection will be based upon academic achievement and the merits of the faculty's statement. Students who have not yet started their graduate program at the time of application will not be considered.
