The Western Grains Research Foundation Graduate Scholarship

Eligibility: | Purpose: To support and encourage top graduate students within the College of Agriculture and Bioresources at the University of Saskatchewan to further their studies in research, that fits within the Western Grains Research Foundation (“WGRF”) as posted on the WGRF website. Open to students pursuing a MSc or PhD in any of WGRF’s priority research areas, as determined by the Awards Committee. |
Selection criteria: | Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of a proven record of outstanding academic achievement in the most recent degree received and the proposed research plan during the graduate program in which the scholarship is to be received. Scholarships are renewable based upon review by the Award Committee. Renewal will be dependent on an assessment of satisfactory progress by the student’s supervisor. |
