| Eligibility: | The award will be granted annually to a graduate student in the Department of Continuing Education in any year of course. Preference will be given to a part-time student. The award is tenable only at the University of Saskatchewan. |
| Donor: | Members of the family of the late Elsie and Arthur Rose in memory of their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Rose were pioneer residents of Saskatoon. |
