Rhea Ritchie Scholarship in Human Nutrition

Value: Approx. $20,000 per year (paid bimonthly). Subject to change at the discretion of the Awards Committee depending on the financial resources available.
Eligibility: This scholarship will be open to graduate students who are conducting research in human nutrition. The recipient must be a full-time, fully qualified graduate student who does not currently hold another substantial award or scholarship.
Donor: A bequest from the late Mrs. Rhea Ritchie who left funds to establish a scholarship in the field of advanced research in Human Nutrition.

  • a letter briefly describing the nature of your current research work and indicating why you feel you are qualified to receive this award
  • photocopies of official transcripts from all institutions attended; unofficial USask will be accepted.

Two confidential letters of reference, one from your supervisor are required. These letters may be emailed to gradstudies.awards@usask.ca.
