| Eligibility: | Awarded to a fully-qualified full-time doctoral student who has been unconditionally admitted by the College of Graduate Studies and Research in the first year of a doctoral program of studies in Education. In exceptional circumstances a student may be considered for one renewal of the scholarship. Selection is based on academic achievement. |
