Check on or complete an application

If you have already completed your application, you can login to PAWS to view the status of your application and which documents have been received. 

  • Log in to the Admissions channel in PAWS to check your application status.
    After you apply, within 2-3 business days, you will be issued a Network Services ID (NSID) and a temporary password to access  PAWS, the University of Saskatchewan's web portal.

  • You will see your Application Summary which will display the status of your application, a program-specific list of requirements and whether or not each has been satisfied. As documentation is received by the university, the item will be updated in your requirements checklist.

At the University of Saskatchewan each program is administered by a department or academic unit. Prospective students should direct most questions to the program they intend to apply to.

Contact Graduate Chairs for questions regarding faculty supervisors, department scholarships, research statements, and the academic program.

Contact the Graduate Administrator for questions regarding deadlines, the status of your application, and your qualifications.
