Who you should contact

Questions about applications and programs?

At the University of Saskatchewan, each graduate program is administered by a department or academic unit. Most questions that prospective students have are program-specific and are best directed to the academic unit they intend to apply to. Use the tool below to find program graduate chairs and graduate administrators to ask your program-related questions.

Contact Graduate Chairs The Graduate Chair is responsible for providing information to, consultation with, and counseling of graduate students, and for admissions, awards, programs, and student program administration. Graduate Chairs can answer your questions about faculty supervisors, department scholarships, research statements, and the academic program.

Contact the Graduate Administrator The Graduate Administrator is usually a grad students’ go-to person. Grad Administrators are involved in every step of the students’ program lifecycle from application to convocation. They can answer your questions about deadlines, the status of your application, and your qualifications.
