Hope Hunt Scholarship

Description:

The Hope Hunt Scholarship Fund was established by the graduates of the College of Home Economics, with additional contributions from interested organizations and individuals. First awarded in 1969, the scholarship honors Dr. Hope Hunt, Dean Emerita, who served as Dean of the College of Home Economics from 1940-1965.

Eligibility:
|
Student with a degree in Home Economics, Nutrition and Dietetics, Family Studies, Consumer Studies (or equivalent program), who is enrolled, or who can qualify for enrollment, as a full-time candidate in the College of Graduate Studies and Research, University of Saskatchewan. The holder of this scholarship may hold other major awards as determined by the College of Graduate Studies and Research.

Application Procedure:

A complete application includes the following:
Hope Hunt Scholarship Application Form (located in Scholarships and Awards forms - see link in website address);
Two confidential letters of recommendation are required from persons with whom the student has studied and that can expand on the student's ability to do post-graduate work
The completed application must be sent to the Director of Graduate Awards and Scholarships at the address listed below.
